{cpifratercula} is fine morphologically, but I think you'd want {cpifraterk=
ula} instead, since {c} is pronounced [S] in Lojban and you want [k].

{cipnyfratercula} is not a fu'ivla, as fu'ivla cannot contain -y-. It is a =
lujvo from the veljvo {cipni fratercula} (gismu + zi'evla}. It would also b=
e fine to omit the cipni-prefix altogether and just say {fraterkula}.
