"xruba" is the common name of Polygonaceae. Buckwheat is gruxruba or xrixruba. Even though it's not gurni, I think it's okay to call pasta made of buckwheat "grusko" or "grusri". There are, though pastas that aren't skori or dasri, such as orzo, couscous (not to be confused with xusxusu, which is vetiver/khuskhus), and alphabet pasta. What should we call those?
