What should we call those? The wonders of lujvo is that they mean what they are defined to mean, and are not restricted to their etymology. If we want pexsri to include orzo, then it does. I don't have sufficient knowledge of what distinguishes orzo or couscous from any other kind of pasta to suggest a more specific lujvo. The dictionary says "rice-shaped" which would give a modifier to pexsri.
