You probably know that there has been an effort to create a new CLL: Robin: >> Is there a goal statement for CLL1.1 which I can evaluate my (our) >> work against? Something like "be able to produce the book in .pdf, >> .mobi, .epub, .html (chunked, not-chunked) with a readable >> layout"? > > *Exactly* that. Exactly what you said, without alteration. The > only clarification I'd make is importance: PDF > HTML > everything > else. Oh, and that the PDF needs to be something we can send to a > printer to make a book out of, so (in particular) cross references > need to be page number based (which is why we can't just print the > HTML, or anything converted from it; I haven't found anything that > produces page number xrefs from html, much as I'd *LOVE* to solve > the whole thing that way). The project isn't going anywhere at the moment. Nobody is helping as far as I know (I'd be glad to be wrong). So here is a question: Would there be more people capable and willing to help out if Robin converted what is currently there to *LaTeX* (from docbook), so that you don't even have to worry about docbook anymore? We really need to move this forward, so please speak up. Who on this list can use LaTeX well enough and would be willing to help with the CLL? mu'o mi'e la selpa'i -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "lojban" group.
