All they have to do to be heard is join the BPFK. It's not an exclusive
club. Desire to be a part of it is the only criteria. Well, that and a
working knowledge of Lojban, of course.

Apparently I do, since you don't seem to understand it, nor its purpose,
nor what is required to make it stop being, as you put it, "dead".
