I just pulled up [[Affix]] in Wikipedia and found out that something like the 
rafsi of a gismu exists in natlangs. It's called a lexical affix and occurs in 
Pacific Northwest languages. E.g. "sxene," is Saanich for "foot", and its rafsi 
is "sen". Unlike Lojban, Saanich rafsi do not all have at least three letters 
in common with their gismu. (The comma is a letter representing a glottal 
stop.)

So Lojban has these types of affixes:
*Lexical affixes
*Prefixes (derivational), e.g. "tol-"
*Suffixes (derivational), e.g. "-bu'i"
*Interfixes: "-y-", "-r-", "-n-", and "-l-"
*Other affixes of cmavo, such as "jol", which is of a conjunction.
How would you categorize the last ones?
