{jganu} defines the angle by a point (x2) and a line (x3).

I recommend using {radno <http://vlasisku.lojban.org/vlasisku/radno>} or {
carna <http://vlasisku.lojban.org/vlasisku/carna>}. You can easily specify
"1/8 turn", with {pifi'ubi carna}

And so you know, the direction place in {carna} defaults to anti-clockwise,
per the right-hand rule, and can be explicitly stated simply with {li ma'u}
(acw} and {li ni'u} (cw), as on a polar coordinate grid.
