If I'm using an accent to mark the stress, and the language the name came f=
rom=20
has a simple stress or pitch accent (not different ways a syllable can be=
=20
stressed), I always use the acute accent. If it has a tonal pitch accent or=
 is=20
tonal, I may use more than one accent. If the word doesn't have a stressed=
=20
syllable, I'm not sure how to indicate that, as the pronunciation rules=20
specify which syllable to stress by default.

I have ideas about the default stress (the rules in the Book are incomplete=
=20
when cmevla are involved). Should I discuss it openly in the list or privat=
ely=20
with someone (probably xorxes)?
