Y'all may have noticed that lojban.org has slows and stuff lately.
This is largely because of all the little stuff I'm hosting on vrici
(i.e. the mediawiki).

There are two things you can do to help:

1.  Someone can get us off mod_php and doing php more properly (I
gather there's some fastcgi something mumble that is the recommended
way?), so we can stop using the prefork apache worker.  Stephen is
maybe looking at this, but if someone else is like "YEAH I CAN DO
THAT!", find me (rlpowell) on IRC.

2.  Give me some money to upgrade the server; I need about $500 to
upgrade RAM, CPU and motherboard (the current mobo can't hold
anymore RAM, which is the actual issue).
