Aha, thank you! This explains it. Probably the translucent
=93decoration=94 in the center of the screen of the video obscures the
picture a bit, so that the =93H=94 looks like a =93K=94.
Now it is almost certain a hoax or misunderstanding.

But I saw the video before. And from the first moment I saw this
picture, I already was pretty certain that this was some kind of joke,
hoax or mistake. Because the word which was supposed to be =93FACKI=94 is
written in all-caps. In Lojban, all-caps is an error, the correct
spelling is not =93FACKI=94 but =93facki=94.
