A tanru always is a type of the last word in it: a {zdani mikce} is a {mikce}, a {plise tricu} is a {tricu}. If you want hospital, {spita} works; if you want a house of healing, {le zdani be lo nu mikce}, and better and more concise would be {le velmikce zdani} or {le zdani be lo velmikce} - house of cures.
