I agree. A period may look like a decimal point, but it's not the same.=20

I don't pronounce it /las/ in English or Spanish, which makes it not a good=

example of needing dotside. How about calling it "los=E1nxeles", as it's sa=
id in=20
Spanish?

Another example is "la .belarus." (which I call "la .blabruk."). "blabruk" =
is=20
valid with or without dotside because the "b" keeps the "la" from breaking =
off,=20
but "belarus" is valid only in dotside.
