Translating the text and turning it into a good-looking html file was a 
*lot* of work. I'm sure a real book would be nice, but I don't see 
myself doing that any time soon. If someone else wants to do it, they 
should feel free. I'd rather wait until a few people have read over it 
and most of the typos (or other inconsistencies) have been found. I 
suppose it would be possible to publish the translation without any 
pictures, then it would be much less work to arrange.
