Hi Robin,

sorry for taking forever to reply!
I discovered a QBPro 2002 manual and we could work with
a so called "accountant's review copy".
That is the only way I found to export and transfer some files without
remote access (the easier and safer choice I guess).
If you find another export feature that can be handled by
a free software that would be of course the best, maybe even excel or pdfs.
Let me know what you prefer or find feasible.
