Lojban is somewhere between Fusional and Agglutinative. It doesn't really
have morphemes which mix several functions, but its combining forms do vary
depending on position and surrounding forms. Lojban can be used as an
isolating language though. That's what I did in "
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/lo+nu+binxo", which doesn't use lujvo at all.

Claims have been made that Lojban can be used as a polysynthetic language
too, but I don't think so.
