In {tu poi le mlatu pu lacpu cu ratcu} the first place of {lacpu} is
already filled. It is filled with {le mlatu}. Thus we search somewhere else
where {ke'a} can be omitted. It's reasonable to assume that it is omitted
from the second place.

In fact in most cases the first unfilled place is where you put omitted
{ke'a}.
