Now replying to the question of new members. I don't know where is the
latest version of the bylaws with all amendments included.

Is the procedure in Article 3 still valid?

Here is the quote:
"Qualifications of persons proposed for membership shall be (a) competence
in one or more of the fields of science or scholarship listed in Article 2,
above, and/or (b) high personal dedication to the purposes of The Logical
Language Group, Inc. as set forth in that Article."

Who and how assesses that?
