I prefer cloth as well, and without dust jacket. Dust jackets let you 
use fancy cover images, but I don't think it's appropriate for the CLL.

When I first looked at the PDF, the font looked quite big to me, but 
it's probably fine. I feel the margins could definitely be bigger. 
(making them bigger would of course increase the page count immensely)
