Okay, I thought you were talking about= signal to noise ratio.
As for Chinese being aesthetically not pl= easing =C2=A0then this was certainly a biased poll. Then why would >1 bi= llion of speakers of various dialects still use it? Why won't they star= t speaking let's say English instead? :D

300 million have --and learning a new lang= uage is not an easy thing to do.

If you read Chinese polls you would certainly find them saying that Engli= sh is not aesthetically pleasing.
The Chinese find English as hav= ing too many consonants and too many consonant clusters. It's hard for = them to learn this language. Obviously harder that Korean or Japanese.

But since you were searching English polls no wonder t= hat they are in favor of English.
Search Chinese polls and you= 9;ll find the opposite opinion.

English was rarely a favored language, which means= you are saying things you didn't do any research on. Now I am not sure= I can believe anything you are saying :-(=C2=A0

Oh, I think I meant something like SAE in general, not En= glish in particular.
Probably for the Western world the best soun= ding =C2=A0language would be Italian since it's the reference for opera= .
