As a general comment, Lojban *SUCKS* when it comes to subjunctives.
It makes the language far, far harder to use as an everyday language
than it should be.

Having said that, I would do
{.i .e'o ko pixno lo ladru .i lo nu do pinxe lo ladru cu rinka lo nu
do tsali binxo}.  If I was feeling less formal, I might do {.i .e'= o
ko pinxe lo ladru mu'i lo nu tsali binxo}, where I'm really talking
about the motivation of the command.
