If they get it from us via paypal, I think it only takes about a week 
after I send it (how long it takes for me to send it is the problem). 
We are charging something like $19 shipping, which makes it close to 
double the base price but we lose money on it.  I have no doubt that 
amazon is charging double because that is how much it really costs to 
ship the book to Europe.

This is why I am hoping that we can find a way to get copies for Europe 
printed in Europe, when we put out CLL 1.1
