Indeed, that's a mistake. This particular erratum happens to have 
already been recorded (see 
http://mw.lojban.org/lmw/CLL,_aka_Reference_Grammar,_Errata#Chapter_7). 
If you find more mistakes that aren't already listed, please add them 
under the appropriate section.
