'Ello! 

I'm looking to create a Stack Exchange site for lojban language and 
culture. Currently, the site is in the *Definition* phase, which means it 
needs these things to continue:

   - Post example questions! - These are things like "What's changed since 
   The Complete Lojban?" or "What resources are available to learn xorlo?", et 
   cetera.
   - Vote up good example questions! - Pick five questions under a score of 
   10 that you like, and upvote 'em. We need 40 posts with 10 votes to 
   continue.
   - If you'd like, follow the proposal!

needs a certain number of all of these to continue. *Example questions and 
votes are particularly important. *The progress toward the next phase has 
been wholly remarkable, given it's only been three days. (Also, don't worry 
about spam. If I recall correctly, Stack Exchange only sends you two or 
three emails total, and that's just to let you know when the proposal 
advances to the next phase.)

Stack Exchange is a Q&A platform which is search engine-optimized and 
designed pretty much for exactly this purpose: recording questions and 
answers on a topic, and indexing them for future readers.
