Yes, all fu'ivla of the form ".V...CV" are rafsi fu'ivla, because the
".V...Cy" can never be confused with a standard lujvo.

If they end in -V'V they are not, because they would conflict with the -'y
ending for brivla rafsi.

I don't remember now what happens with fu'ivla that end in -VGV. They
probably should be rafsi fu'ivla, but I think the morphology may be
disallowing them currently.
