Compared to the original xorxe's list around 15 countries don't have ISO
now.

E.g. St. Barth=C3=A9lemy was about to get .bl code however it didn't.

Countrees disappear, ISO codes get reassigned. So ISO-fuhivla are drifting
apart from Lojban system.
I propose
