Just got off the phone with Lightning Source customer service.
Every aspect of that was terrible, but that's rather besides the
point.

I managed to accidentally upload the CLL PDF is a new revision for
the WiL? book (yowch!).  I figured, since I hadn't approved the new
version, no problem, right?

Turns out that the new PDF immediately overwrote the old one -_-, so
no-one can order WiL? now.  I need the PDF *and* the cover file. I'm
going to go digging, but I have no idea where those are.  Does
anyone have copies?
