This is how it was today before I came, how it was after I fixed a few
things (still the logo is not aligned to the center - something to be
fixed) and how the News page looks like on mobile.

The floating language bar made scrolling and reading the page on Opera
Mobile almost impossible. Yes, it's much more advanced but ... not
cross-device friendly.

As for the News page it's not shrinked to the screen but the legacy of some
Wikipedia templates taken for it still make it readable.
