I use "thrice" (and lament the lack of an equivalent for numbers beyond thr=

And if I use you in a general sense, I always waste my time clarifying it!

I've noticed though, that in other languages it is common to just leave out=
 the pronoun entirely in these kind of sentences. For example, "How do you =
say... ?" is often just "how to say...?" (in Russian and Esperanto, for exa=
mple), or something else, like Spanish "=C2=BFC=C3=B3mo se dice... ?" which=
 uses the reflexive pronoun, meaning, I guess, "How does ...say itself?" or=
 something (I'm not a fluent speaker of Spanish, by any stretch of imaginat=
ion). So in light of that, I'd be more likely to use a sentence without a p=
ronoun, than to use "do" in a general sense.
