I haven't because the shipping is the hard part.  They tell me after I 
do the setup how many to send to each warehouse, so I then have to 
obtain suitable boxes and packing material.  This of course is 
ass-backwards, from the way I did it the last few times and turns a 
couple of hours task into a multiday operation, since I don't even leave 
the house most days.

Alas, probably.  But even so, I figured it worthwhile to offer the 
hardbound 1st edition books until we run out, if only to displace the 
people trying to collect $100 plus for a copy.  Unless the new edition 
will automatically displace that one.
