In the branch Robin is talking about only minor things have been fixed.

Dotside, xorlo and other new things are being fixed but not in what Robin 
is talking about.
The new edition is being done here: 
https://github.com/lojban/cll/tree/docbook-prince-cll-2.0
When a certain level is fixed it will be forked into CLL 1.5 branch which 
will get only stability fixes while branch 2.0 will continue its 
development.
