The Crash Course is free for translation provided that you publish the
result somewhere online.

Also note that the Crash Course is not just written in English, it has
something optimized for English.
E.g. =E4=BA=86 (which is often {co'i} in Lojban) is common in Chinese, in E=
nglish
analogs of this particle are hidden deep inside English grammar. But in a
Chinese course {co'i} might need to be explained earlier.

I can also suggest translating definitions of gismu and cmavo into Chinese
that still might need improvement. The sources of the crash course
dictionary are here:
