Hm. I always thought the definition to say, "year, {month, day}", or
something like that.

So the more or less used format is the ISO one: YYYY-MM-DD, and the
language allows =C2=ABxo'e=C2=BB for unspecified numbers. Not sure about th=
e week
thing though.
