3. Reddit: https://reddit.com/r/lojban 
and https://www.reddit.com/r/learnlojban (at least more than here).

BPFK committee mailing list still serves the main place of BPFK 
activity https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/bpfk-list

So those who are interested in Lojban may want to use those places instead.
