Jbovlaste is certainly *capable* of encoding whatever; does someone

Hi, I'm just starting to learn Lojban and I tried the Lojban to Swedish loo=

at http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/lookup and realized that the website doesn't
properly display swedish characters such as =C3=A5 =C3=A4 =C3=B6. It shows =
=C3=B6 as =C3=83=C2=B6 for
