Bob Chassell was a figure in the Fre Logan movement swell and worked hard i=
n the dying days of the stakeholder-owned and guided Logan Institute to get=
 a reasonable Board elected and to continue some user input into policy. =
=C2=A0It didn't work, of course, and everyone involved knew it wouldn't, bu=
t Bob soldiered on to after the bitter end. =C2=A0He stayed on with Logan f=
or a wile even after, when many left. =C2=A0He was one of the highlights of=
 the early Logfests in York ME ad just=C2=A0generally a fun, bright, compan=
ion (and conspirator). I'm sorry to hear of his decline and now is death.=
