Nick Nicholas, who you cited above, had at least one other paper=20
presented at a conference.  So far as I know, there has been no=20
conference focused on Lojban.  There has been at least one academic=20
conference specifically focused on artificial languages in general (it=20
was here in Washington DC), which I attended maybe 15-20 years ago, and=20
there may have been others since then.
