To clarify, that last paragraph is about how to become a voting member=20
of LLG.  I realized on rereading, that you might have been asking how to=20
become a voting member of byfy.

I am not sure that there is any distinction among byfy members as to who=20
can vote, but perhaps ilmen's link would clarify.
