While I agree that "already" is a kind of opposite of {za'o}, I don't think it could be its se-transform (if that was grammatical). I would expect that if {za'o} corresponds to some broda such that za'o = fi'o broda, it would be something like "x1 occurs beyond natural ending point x2", so that {se za'o} would mark the natural ending point of some other event.
