I use {ji'asai} for "even". "Even if" is more complicated because
"if" is complicated. I think I'd say:

   mi ba retsku va'o ji'asai lo nu do na jundi

Probably {selgu'a} with context is enough for "exercise". Maybe

"da" stands for anything, yes, including abstractions.

{sera'a} is the more general BAI for this.

You need {pe tedu'o}, or {pe sera'a}. Otherwise you have two unconnected
terms.
