IThe answer is that it's back at http://www.rick.harrison.net/langlab/ . I just wanted to mention that because it's the website that opened to me the world of artificial languages, a while ago. I think the path I used then was Volapük -> Vorlin -> Rick Harrison. (To discover Lojban, the path I took was Tengwar -> http://catb.org/~esr/tengwar/lojban-tengwar.html :-) Rick Harrison doesn't speak about Lojban.
