This is one area where Lojban is extremely weak.  Lojban uses separ= ate, unrelated forms (none derived from any other) for this kind of word. &n= bsp;Fixing it (and I do think it merits fixing) would require a bunch of new= lujvo, at the very least.  It would make learning the vocab a lot easi= er though.
