Dosen't surprise me in the slightest.  The problem is people's loos= e
usage of the word "fluent".  Klingon's vocabulary is *incredibly*
poor.  Much worse than Lojban's.  I've heard of at least one
parent(s) who tried to raise their kids speaking Kling but
failed/gave up because there were just too many things they couldn't
talk about.
