Is "is measured-in-meters-ness" (or "an idea of being measured in meters" really the same as "is a meter"? It sure doesn't look like it, but just what "an idea/concept of" means is not very clear. Is this the same as (taking it that {si'o} works) {lo si'o mitre se ni clani} Neither gets the "unit" part, of course.
