I know Greek well enough to translate much of the NT while reading aloud. Hebrew I don't know as well; I can parse it but don't know all the words. I've written some comments on Hebrew words in Song of Songs. When I work on the translation, I have French, Spanish, and English translations to refer to (including a Jewish translation), Greek, Hebrew, and Strong's. As to the extra books such as Maccabees, I have them only in the Douay version that's in CVS, so I'm probably not going to do much with them. phma To unsubscribe from this list, send mail to lojban-list-request@lojban.org with the subject unsubscribe, or go to http://www.lojban.org/lsg2/, or if you're really stuck, send mail to secretary@lojban.org for help.
