I've chatting with the convener and it looks like not only should we be there in some form but that we have -- for a short time -- an opportunity to have some input into what goes on, over and above any talks we might give. So, suggestion of topics in conlang are welcome, as are volunteers to 1) help with the running of the program 2) give talks 3) man tables. I hope Lojban will show itself well in this.
