In that case, probably not much. When the quote is not a name, there may be a difference. {la'e zoi gy table gy} presumably refers to a table, while la'o gy table gy} would refer to someone or something named "Table", not necessarily a table. Then again, {la'o} is supposed to be used for type-1 fu'ivla in general, not just for names.
