It's April 21-23. The preregistration period for Penguicon 4.0 will end at 11:59:59 pm EST March 31st, which is just over a week away. So, if you want to preregister and avoid the long, slower lines of the at the door registratio= n (and save $5 per membership too), you should head over to our web site http://penguicon.org/ and preregister now. Also, the hotel is filling up. There are plenty of overflow hotels next door, but reserve your room now to be close to the fun! The schedule is here: http://peanut.mtu.net/penguicon/ and even more events will be added. Instead of getting one of the closed-off function space rooms, LogFest has = a spacious and relaxing presentation area full of rows of chairs, which is open to the main public thoroughfare in the hotel. You can see it in the online photo tour: http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/1/en/hd/dttln It's beneath the French-Quarter-style balconies, right next to the Holidome wher= e the pool is, and across from the cafe. I have requisitioned a projector with screen for LogFest, and a large whiteboard. We will attract tons of attention from the computer geeks and science fiction fans, and have that space for several hours each day to do with as we wish. We can write our own event schedule and I'll put it in the program book. -epkat ------=_Part_2189_14515924.1143127223227 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Disposition: inline This is reminder about Logfest@Penguicon 2006, in about a month!
