I could translate for you almost anything, but where would be the good if you don't know even the most simple rules of the "beginner materials" ? Aren't you there to learn ? I'll give you clues, then you'll have to do your part of the work and google a little to find less abstract references :) It's like a game. Some people tends to learn faster while playing than pure rethorical mass teaching...
