I suggested that he post to Lojban list or visit the IRC channel, but if someone else wants to monitor that Usenet newsgroup who likes to answer such questions, I encourage you to let him know that you are doing so. I could coin a bunch of possible tanru or lujvo for these two concepts, but I cannot claim that any of them are better/more correct than others.
