In that case, I'd recommend making a lujvo like {xamterbasti}, with a place structure "x1=b3 is a joke/pun/quip/jape/whatever resulting from using x2=b1 in place of x3=b2 to humorous effect, perpetrated by and for the amusement of x4=xajmi2".
